Peer-to-peer lending connections (P2P Lending)

CoreFinTech runs a platform connecting those who need to borrow with those who have idle capital, so SME and individuals reach funding that is flexible, transparent and fast. The system operates inside the FinTech sandbox and complies with State Bank rules, keeping every transaction controlled, lawful and secure.

What the service covers

Registration and electronic identification (eKYC)

Borrowers and investors alike complete electronic identification, verify who they are and satisfy anti-money-laundering requirements before joining the system.

Building a transparent loan file

Borrowers are guided through standardising their financial records, the plan for using the funds, cash-flow statements and the purpose of the loan, so the file can be scored and listed on the platform.

Credit scoring and open disclosure of risk

CoreFinTech uses AI scoring to classify the credit risk of each loan, so investors can pick the ones that match their own appetite for risk.

Safe matching of investor and borrower

Loans are matched automatically on term, interest rate and credit score. Disbursement and repayment both run through a supervised account at a partner bank.

Automated contract and cash-flow management

Loan agreements, rates and terms are managed electronically. The system prompts payment dates, collects repayments and passes returns to investors.

Alerts and handling of overdue debt

Early warning picks up the risk of late payment. When a loan does fall overdue, the system works with a licensed collection agency to protect the interests of both sides.

Legal note The CoreFinTech P2P Lending platform is not a credit institution and does not raise funds; it acts solely as a technology intermediary connecting borrowers and lenders. All money moves through a supervised account at a partner bank, in line with State Bank rules on FinTech testing.

Frequently asked questions

What clients ask most often about this service.

Is P2P Lending lawful in Vietnam?

Peer-to-peer lending belongs to the group of solutions within the controlled testing mechanism under Decree 94/2025/ND-CP. CoreFinTech operates inside that framework and not beyond its scope.

Does CoreFinTech lend directly?

No. CoreFinTech connects the parties and provides the infrastructure for identification, scoring and contract management. The lending relationship is between the party with capital and the party that needs it.

How is the cost of the service worked out?

The initial review and assessment of the file is free of charge. Service fees are agreed file by file and confirmed in writing before any work begins; nothing arises outside that agreement.

What is the information I provide used for?

Your information is used only for appraisal and for connecting you with funding, in line with the Privacy policy of CoreFinTech.
