Electronic identification & digital contracts

CoreFinTech provides an electronic identification (eKYC) and digital signing (eSignature) platform so a business can verify customer identity and sign and store contracts online quickly, safely and lawfully. It shortens transaction time, cuts administrative cost and improves the customer experience across every financial and investment process.

What the service covers

eKYC to the national standard

Facial recognition, OCR and matching against citizen identity data verify identity accurately, in line with State Bank rules and Decree 59/2022/ND-CP.

Legally valid electronic signing (eSignature)

Customers, investors and partners sign anywhere, any time using OTP, a QR code or a CA digital signature — with the same legal standing as a handwritten signature under the Law on Electronic Transactions.

Transaction certification and time stamping

Every signed contract carries an identifier, a hash and a time stamp issued by a licensed certification partner, so it can be verified and traced later.

Storing and managing digitised contracts

Contracts, annexes and related documents are held in a secure electronic repository with fast search and instant retrieval for reconciliation or audit.

API integration with CRM and in-house legal systems

An API keeps the eKYC and eSignature flow in step with your customer management software, legal case system or ERP platform.

Security and compliance with international standards

We apply the highest security standards (ISO 27001, TLS 1.3, AES-256 encryption) so identity data and contracts are fully protected and cannot be altered or forged.

Legal note CoreFinTech’s electronic identification and digital contract services operate under the 2023 Law on Electronic Transactions, Decree 59/2022/ND-CP and the rules of the Ministry of Information and Communications. CoreFinTech does not store source identity data; it connects only through licensed APIs, which keeps the process safe and lawful.

Frequently asked questions

What clients ask most often about this service.

Is an electronically signed contract legally valid?

The legal standing of an electronic contract depends on meeting the current requirements for electronic signatures and retention. That is settled for each transaction type during the initial review.

Does eKYC fully replace meeting in person?

It depends on the transaction and the rules for your sector. Some processes still require an in-person check at certain steps — this has to be clarified before rollout.

How is the cost of the service worked out?

The initial review and assessment of the file is free of charge. Service fees are agreed file by file and confirmed in writing before any work begins; nothing arises outside that agreement.

What is the information I provide used for?

Your information is used only for appraisal and for connecting you with funding, in line with the Privacy policy of CoreFinTech.
