Working capital limits for SMEs

CoreFinTech helps small and medium enterprises (SME) build a short-term capital plan, improve the cash conversion cycle and secure a working capital facility from a bank, finance company or investment partner. The aim is flexible funding that keeps production and trade running, without the weight of long-term debt or unwieldy paperwork.

What the service covers

Assessing cash flow and the real need

Our financial specialists analyse revenue, inventory, receivables and payables to establish exactly how much working capital the business needs.

Designing a flexible facility

The facility is shaped around the business cycle, so drawings and repayments can be made over short periods while keeping interest and capital efficiency in balance.

Preparing a standard credit file

We help complete the legal papers, financial statements, bank statements and sales and purchase contracts so the facility can be approved without friction.

Connecting the right banks and financial partners

CoreFinTech introduces the business to banks, funds or finance companies with well-suited working capital products, and supports the negotiation of rates and commitment fees.

Analysing and comparing the options

A clear comparison of limits, costs, terms and drawdown conditions lets the business choose its partner with confidence.

Tracking how the facility is used

Once the limit is granted, CoreFinTech continues to watch the capital cycle and gives early warning of cash-flow imbalance, so the SME uses the funds as intended and stays safe.

Legal note All leasing transactions run through a licensed credit institution or leasing company. CoreFinTech advises, connects and standardises the file; it never holds money and never lends directly.

Documents to prepare

A working capital limit is assessed mainly on cash flow and the business cycle, so evidence of turnover matters most.

Free initial review of your file You can send what you have even if the paperwork is incomplete. CoreFinTech looks at it, points out what is missing and how to fill the gaps before approaching a lender.

How we work through it

Four clear steps, so the business always knows where it stands and what comes next.

01

Send the requirement and initial review

The business submits its information on the CRM portal. CoreFinTech reads the file, identifies a workable route and states plainly what still needs to be added. This step is free.

02

Standardising and digitising the file

We reorganise legal papers, financial figures and cash-flow evidence the way a lender needs to read them, instead of starting over at every institution.

03

Connecting and comparing the options

The file is introduced to suitable partners. The business receives a comparison of rates, financing ratios, fees and covenants for each option and chooses for itself.

04

Follow-through after disbursement

CoreFinTech continues to help monitor progress, keep to the funding conditions and produce the periodic reports the lender requires.

Frequently asked questions

What clients ask most often about this service.

Can a business less than a year old obtain a facility?

It is harder, but not out of reach. Where the financial history is short, lenders look more closely at sales contracts, cash flow through the account and available security. CoreFinTech assesses this specifically at the review stage.

Does existing debt at another bank affect the outcome?

It affects the limit granted, but it does not mean refusal. What counts is total debt service against actual cash flow, so a schedule of current borrowings is a document to prepare from the outset.

How is the cost of the service worked out?

The initial review and assessment of the file is free of charge. Service fees are agreed file by file and confirmed in writing before any work begins; nothing arises outside that agreement.

What is the information I provide used for?

Your information is used only for appraisal and for connecting you with funding, in line with the Privacy policy of CoreFinTech.
