Blockchain & Smart Contracts in practice

CoreFinTech builds solutions on blockchain technology to automate contracts, authenticate transactions and hold financial data transparently and immutably. Smart contracts let parties in finance, investment, insurance and e-commerce work faster, with less risk of dispute and lower audit cost.

What the service covers

Self-executing smart contracts

Contract terms are encoded and execute themselves once the agreed conditions are met — less reliance on people, fewer administrative slips.

Verification and storage on the blockchain

Transactions and contracts are recorded on the chain, which guarantees integrity, prevents alteration and makes retrieval easy when reconciliation or audit is needed.

Blockchain in investment management and fundraising

A company can issue tokenised assets (Asset Tokenization) or electronic investment certificates, making capital management more transparent and safer in a digital setting.

Tracing the origin of financial transactions

Distributed ledger technology follows the full history of transactions, transfers and signatures, providing clear evidence in a dispute or an internal audit.

Connecting to banks and custodians

The CoreFinTech chain can integrate through Open API with banks, securities firms or custodians to confirm payment and update transaction status in real time.

Safety, security and legal compliance

The system uses bank-grade encryption with distributed storage across several data centres. Every blockchain application is delivered under the FinTech sandbox model, in compliance with Vietnamese and international law.

Legal note CoreFinTech’s blockchain applications do not issue cryptocurrency, publicly traded tokens or a decentralised exchange. They serve only to manage data, authenticate transactions and run smart contracts within the FinTech testing framework under Decree 94/2025/ND-CP and the guidance of the State Bank of Vietnam.

Documents to prepare

Not every process belongs on a chain, so the first step is to identify where the technology genuinely earns its place.

Frequently asked questions

What clients ask most often about this service.

Does the business need to understand blockchain to use it?

No. Users work in an ordinary business interface. The technology sits underneath, serving the goals of traceability and automation.

Which processes suit a smart contract?

Those with clear conditions, repeated often, where several parties need to trust a single record. If a process is still changing constantly or leans heavily on human judgement, it is not yet ready for a chain.

How is the cost of the service worked out?

The initial review and assessment of the file is free of charge. Service fees are agreed file by file and confirmed in writing before any work begins; nothing arises outside that agreement.

What is the information I provide used for?

Your information is used only for appraisal and for connecting you with funding, in line with the Privacy policy of CoreFinTech.
